On behalf of Prime Dental, we want to assure you that in times of uncertainty, the safety of our patients, families and community remains our highest priority.
There’s been no shortage of news and updates regarding COVID-19 in recent days, and we are actively monitoring and following the guidelines provided by the World Health Organization and CDC, as well as the state and local health authorities of the communities we serve.
We take pride in offering a clean place where we serve our community and we know this is more important now than ever. As a responsible organization which provides healthcare, we are always going to follow stringent Department of Health regulations, this is OUR PROMISE to all of you. We have been elevating all of our communication and hygiene protocols to better protect all of our patients, team members, vendors and partners since our inception.
We want to share the additional actions that we’re taking to ensure a safe environment when you visit PRIME DENTAL.
• We will be frequently disinfecting doorknobs, faucets, pens, clipboards, digital devices, oral instruments, and other places where people can spread said virus.
• Wait-In-Your-Car Protocol. We are offering our patients something new to our community. In order to minimize contact with other people, our valued patients can now wait inside their vehicles for their appointment, and we will let them know via text when our team is ready for them. This will eliminate the need to wait in the waiting room at all.
• We are going to provide hand wipes in the waiting room and will ask each patient to use the hand sanitizer at the check-in desk upon arrival.
• We are asking each patient if they have been out of the country for the past 30 days or if they have been in contact with anyone that has been, that we be notified. If so, we kindly ask that he appointment be rescheduled.
• If patients are showing any symptoms of a viral illness, however minor they may be, we are asking they stay home. All patients will have their temperature taken upon arrival.
• Please do not be offended if our team does not shake hands with anyone as we are avoiding any contact without gloves.
At this time and until further notice, PRIME DENTAL is going to be ready to open, fully prepared, taking appointments and ready to overcome any challenge in front of us. We will continue to follow all guidelines that may come from any government or regulatory body and if this causes any changes to our operations, we will communicate it immediately via our Social Media (Facebook/Instagram) and our webpage https://primedentalbroward.com
We practice all CDC and OSHA standards of infection control on a daily basis, even prior to the virus. As a result, PRIME DENTAL will be one of the safest places to be during this outbreak.
